Right, no "next" and "back" buttons yet, but now you can subscribe to comments. Better?

I'm using an antique theme for the blog, or there'd be a "next" and "back" arrow or button. And, yes, I should find a plugin that lets you subscribe to comments. But, it would take work and time and stuff that I don't have a lot of right now. So, point taken, and I'll get on that, eventually.

I reckon boys are much better with push ups than women. I can still do 100 sit ups, but I'm flat out doing 10 "real" pushups (I like the lady ones with knees on floor)

(Hey am I retarded and simply can't find the button that takes me to the previous post when I'm on the permalink page? I'd really like one of those buttons.)
Would also be good if you could subscribe to comments...

Kat before I moved to Texas, back in '98, I used to do several hundred push ups every morning. Granted, they were in sets of 25 or 50, but, still. And I did a like number of sit-ups. And I used to hit a heavy bag for 20+ minutes three times a week. And I used to workout with dumbbells.
In short, I was in pretty damn good shape.
Then, I moved down here to Houston and... Well, I can't blame Houston, but my life sure changed and, in many ways, not for the better.

Now, I'd just like to be on the road to being back in that kind of shape again, for a lot of reasons. Well, one push up at a time, I guess.
